- Original packaging should be included when possible

- Customized or special-request products
3. Size Exchange (Pet Clothing Focus)
Since our store specializes in pet clothing (such as dog dresses, princess skirts, and lightweight summer outfits), sizing issues are common.
We offer size exchange support if:

- Product is in original condition
- Desired size is available in stock
